Before joining GlobeOp Financial Services, I developed brand strategy and creative campaigns at international, regional and boutique NYC agencies, for such brands as BMW, Bacardi, BusinessWeek, Countybank, Standard&Poors, Ironbound Bank, MarketVision, I Love NY, Ilford, Guess, NewYork Presbyterian, Blue Cross, Time Hotel, Lifetime, and Bertolli. My academic and real-world education and training can be tracked to Brown University, B.A., honors, double-major in English and semiotics; Graduate studies, without degree, at Medill, Northwestern and School of Visual Arts, NY; and driving with my dad 70 miles each way to work at his furniture stores. Played right field and tailback and defensive back for Brown’s baseball and football teams; Inducted into Brown Athletic Hall of Fame with Brown’s first Ivy League football championship team; 2x NYC Marathon, Running of the Bulls, Pamplona, Spain (1x). Live in West Caldwell, NJ, with artist and interior designer Melanie Kartzman Zlotnick. Our two sons, Jared and Tyler, live in Manhattan where they work in the apps, social media and public relations spaces.
